The hotel is open around the clock.
  Information needed for booking

For reservations by individuals:
surname, first name of the guest (s);
date and time of arrival and departure;
category and number of rooms;
form of payment;
contact details (phone, e-mail).

For reservations legal entities:
Application for reservation of rooms at the hotel made on the letterhead of the organization with the obligatory indication of details (full name, legal and postal address, INN, KPP, the current account) and signed by the manager or other authorized representative of the organization.
The application must include:
surname, first name of the guest (s);
date and time of arrival and departure;
category and number of rooms;
Form of payment (by bank transfer, credit card, cash);
Contact person (phone, fax, e-mail).
Checkout time

Overnight at the hotel (hereinafter - the "night") is calculated from 14:00 to 12:00 hours the next day (regardless of the time of arrival).
Check guests - no earlier than 14:00 of the current day local time. Your room before 14:00 is carried out only in the presence of the hotel rooms available, ready to move in.
Standard departure - leaving it until 12:00.

Hotel guests are required to:
